Winter trekkers are advised to pay extra attention to their hydration and nutrition as cold weather often reduces thirst.

While it’s possible to do the trek solo, winter conditions make it risky. A guide will ensure your safety, help with navigation, and manage any potential issues arising from winter conditions.
